COVID-19 infection more dangerous for young people than a poisonous snake bite

For any young people who haven't been shamed into caring about COVID-19, I think the story "this mainly affects old people" understates the risk to the young. It's more dangerous than being bitten by a poisonous snake (not as deadly as you might think) and relative to baseline mortality, it's actually more risky for those 10-39 than for those 84+. The very old simply have much higher underlying risk of death.
